- Vinyasa Yoga: Dr. Rothman has 200 hours of training in this flowing, dynamic form of yoga that connects movement with breathing.
- Bikram Yoga: Dr. Rothman completed more than 500 hours of teacher training in 2007. This type of yoga involves a series of postures done in a room heated to 104 degrees Farenheit.
