3 Month Posture Rehabilitation Program
This three month program targets the rehabilitation of muscles beyond what can be achieved with at-home or gym workouts.
The rehab program strengthens joints around the spinal column and elsewhere on the body. By focusing on thigh muscles and movement, this program results in an overall stronger and healthier patient.
