Dr. Rothman provides Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization therapy to identify and break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions in the body.  Just as speakers amplify music coming out of a stereo, the special instruments used increase what the hands are able to feel.  This allows Dr. Rothman to more accurately detect and treat areas of the body exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation with the proper pressure.
