Dr. Rothman can help you gain all of these benefits with private yoga instruction. She has been practicing yoga for 13 years and teaching for nine.
Healing Yoga
Healing yoga helps treat common injuries like wrist pain, sciatica, herniated disc issues, carpal tunnel, and neck pain.
Restorative Yoga
A gentle, meditative yoga that encourages healing. Poses are held for longer periods of time and supported by props to help muscles relax.
Vinyasa Yoga
This flowing, dynamic form of yoga connects movement with breathing and creates peace.
Bikram Yoga
This type of yoga involves a series of positions and stretches done in a room heated to 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
